JOB SHOP MACHINING

We produce over 1200 different milled and turned parts to our customers' specifications from materials that include aluminum, steel, brass, copper, phenolics, plastics, ceramics such as Macor and Boron Nitride, tantalum, and lead. Because of our experience in design, we can often offer suggestions to improve the manufacturability of parts. We have reliable suppliers for secondary operations such as plating, painting and honing. In addition to machining, we make and test sub-assemblies which go directly into customers' products.

Capacity
We can hold tolerances of +/-.0001 and have machines up to 60 x 30 x 18".
